follow up on my 2.4km progress

YYYESSS!!!! I MADE IT! I really achieved my 20 seconds less time for 2.4 and therefore my official timing is 12 min 30. but hey... I STILL FAIL!! i misjudged, passing time is 12 min 20, chey another 10 seconds... nothing wan la... but no more motivation to train coz RT is over!!
